      Our collaboration with MSC Cruises on the MSC World Europa exemplifies our approach. We conducted extensive assessments not only of the physical ship but also of digital accessibility, customer service practices, and shore excursion accessibility. The findings from this project have laid the foundation for MSC’s upcoming vessels. Our insights are now integral to the early design stages of new ships, ensuring that accessibility is a priority from the outset.

    • Proposed accessibility improvements that required minor adjustments to existing designs, ensuring that these changes could be seamlessly integrated into ongoing projects without causing delays or significant additional costs.
